Reservation Policies
To make a reservation at Sarayah Phuket, please contact us via email, website booking, or by calling our Reservation Team at +66 8-2565-1186. Upon receiving your request, we will confirm rates and availability by email.
Please note that reservations are only secured once a deposit is guaranteed through a money transfer. The required deposit is 30% of the total amount for Low and High Season, and 50% for Peak Season.
The remaining balance will be due upon your arrival.

- Sarayah Phuket is not liable for any theft, loss or damage to guest’s property that occurs on the premises.
- The guests assume all responsibility for getting into the safe and keeping the combination confidential.
- Sarayah Phuket shall not be responsible for death or personal injury suffered by a guest (or non-guest) on the premises.
- Sarayah Phuket will always make sure that the premises are reasonably secure and safe for our guests.
- Sarayah Phuket recommends all its guests to get comprehensive travel insurance, which covers any loss, injury or medical expenses during their trip.
