Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Low & High Season:
- Cancellations must be made no later than 21 days before the scheduled check-in date to be eligible for a refund.
- For approved cancellations, valid documentation will be required to process the refund, and a cancellation fee will be applied.
- Peak Season:
- No cancellations are allowed during Peak Season. Once a reservation is made, it is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- On or After Check-in Date:
- Cancellations are not permitted on or after the check-in date, regardless of the season. The reservation is considered final at this point.
- No-Show Policy:
- If you do not arrive within 24 hours of your scheduled check-in, it will be considered a no-show.
- For no-shows or cancellations made after the 21-day cancellation window during Low & High Seasons, the total reservation cost will be charged with no refund.
